SISG project managers are all members of the PMI Institute and well versed in methodologies such as those in the PMBOK and other methodologies such as the Rational Unified Process (RUP), Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and Six Sigma. Our consultants holding Project Management Professional (PMP) and IBM Rational certifications in these areas define verification of our understanding.
