Project Delivery

SISG project management professionals are well versed in the industry's most common project management techniques and methodologies. We have had a great amount of success managing our client’s initiatives. Whether it’s effectively managing the lifecycle of an individual project, planning and executing a Project Management Office, establishing a Program Management office or helping senior management plan and execute their Portfolio Management initiatives, SISG will successfully lead you to your goal.

Portfolio Management
Project portfolio management organizes a series of projects into a single portfolio consisting of reports that capture project objectives, costs, timelines, accomplishments, resources, risks and other critical factors. Executives can then regularly review entire portfolios, spread resources appropriately and adjust projects to produce the highest departmental returns.

Program Management
A program is the umbrella structure established to manage a series of related projects. The program does not produce any project deliverables. The project teams produce them all. The purpose of the program is to provide overall direction and guidance, to make sure the related projects are communicating effectively, to provide a central point of contact and focus for the client and the project teams, and to determine how individual projects should be defined to ensure all the work gets completed successfully.

Project Management Office (PMO)
PMO’s are very unique within each organization and SISG has been involved with a vast number of different approaches. Simply defined is a centralized organization within a company that is responsible for deploying a consistent project management methodology within the organization, including processes, templates and best practices. This is not a one-time event, but a broad initiative that could cover a number of years.
