We have provided a summary of PMI project knowledge areas and process group and the relationship to earned value management as a general overview of SISG and PMI's recommended applicability and usage. Detail guides and training (if required) are provided on each SISG engagement.


Below, we have summarized the Project Management Institute's Process Groups and Knowledge areas matrix. SISG follows the matrix but customizes or places emphasis on various knowledge areas dependant on the clients project type, culture, current project management approach followed by the client, as well as itís strengths and weaknesses. Complete details of the diagram are found in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).


SISG also provides Earned value reports and analysis a s part of its status delivery to insure costs are controlled and forecasted completion costs are within budget. Earned Value analysis also monitors schedule and cost variances throughout the project lifecycle. Please see below.
