Project Management Institute - SISG and Project Planning Success

SISG understands the importance of solid Project Management practices in execution of its initiatives. SISG is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and follows the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines for Phase and Process execution as promulgated by PMI.

Management of phases and cost control as well as understanding Stakeholders requirements and need, insures that the project charter and scope, as well as subsequent plan, schedule, quality controls and best practices are understood and adhered to by all project participants.

Exhibit I and II below show the relationship between costs and project lifecycle staging and team participants and interactions respectively. These are high level exhibits that SISG is sensitive to when executing projects for our clients.

SISG can present multiple project management templates after preliminary discussions with clients.
